Q: What’s included in a City Sport Adventures package?

Each package includes hotel accommodation and game tickets. The specific inclusions are listed in the package description on our website.

Q: Are flights included?

No, flights are not included unless specifically stated. We focus on providing the local experience, accommodation, game access, and curated city activities.

Q: Can I customize my package?

Absolutely! You can add extra nights, excursions, or experiences to make your trip exactly how you want it. Just E-Mail us at citysportadventures@gmail.com and we’ll tailor a package just for you. 

Q: Do I need to be a sports fan to enjoy the trip?

Not at all! While our trips are built around sports events, they also include exciting city experiences, perfect for anyone who loves to travel, explore, and have fun.

Booking & Payments 

Q: How do I book a package?

To request a package, simply browse our available sports experiences and contact us by email with your preferred game, travel dates, and number of travelers.
Our team will confirm availability and create a personalized, no-obligation quote tailored to your preferences.

Once all details are confirmed and approved by you, we’ll guide you through the booking and payment process.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more.

Accommodation & Tickets 

Q: What kind of hotels do you use?

We partner with 4- or 5-star hotels in prime locations, carefully selected for quality, comfort, and convenience to local attractions and arenas.

Q: When do I receive my game tickets?

Your digital game tickets and gift cards will be sent by E-Mail prior to your trip, usually 3–7 days before your travel date.

Changes & Cancellations

Q: Can I make changes to my package?

Yes. Since all packages are tailor-made, changes such as travel dates, number of travelers, hotel category, or add-ons can usually be accommodated before final confirmation, subject to availability.

Once your personalized package is confirmed and booked, any further changes will depend on the terms of the individual suppliers involved. Our team will always advise you of any applicable conditions before proceeding.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary depending on the event, supplier, and timing of your booking.

All cancellation terms will be clearly outlined and confirmed before any payment is requested, allowing you to review and approve them with full transparency.

Q: What if a game is postponed or canceled?

If a game is rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. If it’s canceled, we’ll offer suitable alternatives or a refund based on the event organizer’s policy.

We highly recommend travel insurance for all our travelers to protect against unexpected events or changes.
