Welcome to City Sport Adventures.  By purchasing any product, travel package, or service through our website City Sport Adventures, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before completing your booking.

General

 

City Sport Adventures provides curated travel and sports experience packages, which may include hotel accommodations, sports event tickets (e.g., NBA, NHL), city tours, and official merchandise. All services are subject to availability and may vary by destination.

By using our website or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and other policies available on our website.

 

2.

Bookings & Payments

 

 

  • All bookings are confirmed upon full payment at checkout unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Once a booking is confirmed, a confirmation email with your order and travel details will be sent to you.

  • It is your responsibility to review all details and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

Cancellation & Refunds

 


Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings:

 

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to the tour start date.

  • Non-refundable within 14 days of the tour start date or in the case of a no-show.

  • Any date changes requested within 14 days of the tour start date may be treated as a cancellation and new booking.

Customer Responsibilities

 

 

  • Customers must ensure that all provided information (names, travel dates, contact info) is accurate.

  • You are responsible for complying with all local laws, health requirements, and venue regulations at your travel destination.

  • Customers must act responsibly during all activities. City Sport Adventures reserves the right to remove any participant behaving inappropriately, without refund.

Third-Party Services

 


Some elements of our packages (hotels, tickets, tours) are provided by third-party suppliers.

City Sport Adventures acts as an intermediary and is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our control caused by suppliers, venues, or external circumstances (e.g., weather or event rescheduling).

Force Majeure

 


City Sport Adventures is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or travel restrictions.

Liability Limitation

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, City Sport Adventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific booking in question.

B2B (Business-to-Business) Bookings

 

For business clients or group resellers, customized terms may apply. Such agreements will be confirmed in writing and supersede relevant parts of these Terms where applicable.

Governing Law
