Refund policy

At City Sport Adventures, we understand that plans can change. To ensure clarity and fairness, we've established the following cancellation terms for all our packages:

Free Cancellation Period: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the tour/package start date are eligible for a full refund of the total booking amount.

Non-Refundable Period: Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour/package start date are non-refundable and the full amount will be retained as a cancellation fee. 

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend or use any portion of the booked package without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. 

Date Amendments: Requests to change travel or event dates are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Any amendment made within 14 days of the tour/package start date may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking. 

Force Majeure: In the rare case of events beyond our control (e. natural disasters, venue cancellations or travel restrictions) City Sport Adventures reserves the right to offer alternative arrangements or credits at our discretion.
